COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Residents in Lexington and Richland Counties can recycle their Chritsmas trees at the Grinding of the Greens, provided by Keep the Midlands Beautiful. To participate, the group asks that you remove the tree from its stand, take off any decorations, tags or strings and remove it from any bag or tarp used to hold it. The group will only be accepting trees, not wreaths or other greenery.
