North Texas-based Cold Creek Solutions’ 374,560-square-foot, speculative cold storage facility is going up on 23 acres northwest of Interstate 35 and Barthold Road in Denton.
The developer has already leased half of the new building to third-party logistics provider Fort Worth-based Southwest Warehouse Services.
