A GLASGOW business has scooped a best new salon award just one year after opening in the city s West End at the height of the coronavirus pandemic. Mesart, who opened in Great Western Road last March, won the prize at the ceremony which celebrates the best in British and Irish hairdressing. The event was hosted by comedian Russell Kane with stringent protocols in place.
