Burnaby City Council voted unanimously during council’s regular meeting on Dec. 4 to support a petition by Save Our HandyDART Coalition addressed to Rob Fleming, minister of transportation and infrastructure.
“The wider sidewalks, proximity to the SkyTrain station and flat terrain will provide a more inclusive experience for both parade entries and spectators,” said Madison Holding.
