Sarah Townsend Andrew Booth, a former executive of Mulbury Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Calico Group, has been appointed to head up the group’s housebuilding arm. As managing director of Create Homes, Booth is tasked with overseeing the delivery of residential housebuilding, turnkey registered provider schemes and strategic land services. Create currently has homes for sale in three countryside locations in Inskip, Pilling and the newly launched 34-home The Sandpipers development in Longridge, as well as a pipeline of future projects. Booth will be responsible for growing this side of the business. The residential division sits within the wider Create Group, which is just six years old and headquartered in Blackpool.
