ballot in oklahoma, okay, 2008, they had it on the ballot. 70% of the voters said no shariah law in oklahoma courts. then the local unit of care council of american islamic relations got a federal judge to have injunction to prevent carrying out the law. glenn: people hear this at home and all they do is get frustrated. 70% i get frustrated. really, 30% said no, shariah law is cool? 70% say that, it s overturn and nothing can happen. like weiner thing. i said yesterday on the show, what difference does it make to you? what are you going to do about it? everybody whines about it and nothing changes. so you get angry. what does the average person do? when they hear something like that. the average person should do is they should write letters to their editors of the newspapers if they still read them. as you know a lot of them aren t reading them they should make the opinions

hypocritical. and then leave. it had a reporter ask me did i think prime minister benjamin netanyahu, was he rude to the president after he gave him a tong lashing in the white house? i said no. he had every right to let the president know how hevelt about saying what he said when he said it. glenn: when the president says the muslim brotherhood is not a problem. sorry, freedom and justice problem. party. it s not a problem. is at it problem? it s a problem. it s terrorist organization. they can change the name all they want to, but they won t change their stripes. glenn: you will get heat, i ve already seen it, because you said in response to a question i can t remember what it was but the way it s spun you said you would not appoint muslim to any position in the administration. the language was would i be asked would you be comfortable with a muslim in your cabinet.
and i said no. i would not be comfortable. i have didn t say i wouldn t appoint one. if they can prove to me they are putting the constitution of the united states first, they would be a candidate like anybody else. my entire career i hired great people, regardless of their religious orientation. glenn: are you saying that muslims have to prove, there has to be a loyalty proof? yes, to the constitution of the united states of america. glenn: would you do that to a catholic or a mormon? no, i wouldn t i wouldn t. there is a greater dangerous part of the muslim faith than there is in the other religions. i know there there are muslims who talk about but we re a peaceful religion. i m sure that there are some peace-loving glenn: i know them. i know some of them, too. i absolutely do. so this isn t casting a label on all muslims.
