Residents in the growing suburb of Clyde North will have a new ambulance station for the extra paramedics already hard at work providing high quality care, thanks to the Andrews Labor Government.
Parliamentary Secretary for Health Steve McGhie and Member for Bass Jordan Crugnale today announced that, after an extensive search, land for the Clyde North Ambulance Station has been secured at 69 Matterhorn Drive, Clyde North.
Planning for a state-of-the-art designed and equipped facility has begun and is expected to be completed by the end of 2022. The station builds on the areas new Peak Period Unit already delivered by the Labor Government – providing an additional eight paramedics and operating seven days a week.
