Harrow Times details the temporary closures that will be in place from Monday from 8am until 5pm each day. The order will remain in effect until July 30 but it is anticipated all the work will be completed by April 30. Vehicles will be prohibited from entering or exiting Westfield Drive, Westfield Gardens, Roxborough Avenue and Pickwick Place at these times, although access to properties will be maintained “as much as is practicably possible”. This will also be the case in those roads where sections will be closed during the stated hours while the works take place.
