Cannabis by products dumped THOSE responsible for dumping around 20 bags of waste, possibly cannabis by-products, into a country park river have been slammed as mindless creatures . The bags, which were left strewn across the weir, close to Rock Hall, in Moses Gate Country Park, were spotted on Wednesday morning by those out in the park. It was thought at first that the green and black plastic bin bags may have been dumped before the contents of a community litter pick were collected but neighbourhood officers later said the bags appeared to contain plant waste, possibly cannabis stems. Samantha Green, who took a picture of the bags floating on the cusp of the weir ledge while out walking in the park said some absolute creature has thrown them in the river .
