It all began here at pilot chemical when crews noticed a leaking tanker truck. Thats when Middletown Police took to social media warning those in the area. And shortly after middletown city schools took action. They were able to track down the ip address and eventually track down and arrest one of the 12year olds, this morning. She admitted to writing the note and also mentioned another friend of hers was involved, as well.
