So the group homes really become targeted very specifically by pimps. They know where the group homes are and they will go and recruit specifically there, and sometimes theyll get other girls to do that. The other place where girls are recruited are in juvenile Detention Centers where girls recruit each other. So given we know all of this information, we absolutely can prevent this from happening. But we do have to fundamentally change parts of the Child Welfare system in order to do it.
