High Surf for All Oregon Coast; Washington Coast High Winds | Snow in Passes Upated 02/25/21 By Oregon Coast Beach Connection staff (Portland, Oregon) – UPDATED: HIGH SURF ADVISORY ADDED FOR N. OREGON COAST. Extra caution will be needed on the beaches of Oregon this week, and possibly the passes to and from the coast. Quite a mixed bag of weather and surf conditions are heading to the Oregon and Washington coast over the next few days, with a high surf advisory soon to be in effect for Oregon’s coast and parts of the Washington coast under high wind and flooding advisories. Large waves are predicted for Oregon’s northern half as well, and to top it off there will be snow in the higher elevations of the Coast Range over the weekend.
