Judge Lewis Owens recently posted a strong and familiar message on Facebook about stopping the spread of the deadly virus. ”We’re getting a lot of phone calls. Why our cases are spiking? It’s not up to us anymore, folks. It’s up to you,” Owens said in the Facebook post.

You’re positive. You should’ve never left, young lady.” Owens said after the picture surfaced, the woman lied to Del Rio city officials.
