COLLINS, Miss. (WDAM) - Organizers of the annual Okatoma Festival in Covington County are hoping for a little good luck as they prepare to host the event this Saturday, May 1.
It’s an all-day event around the Covington County Courthouse in Collins.
Two years ago, bad weather forced an early end to the festival and last year, it was canceled because of the pandemic.
This year, it’s back on again, with food and carnival rides and live music from local country singer Cadie Calhoun.
