John Stanfill passed away in Enid, OklahomaThe graveside service for 70-year-old Enid resident John Allen Stanfill will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 7, 2023, in the Covington Cemetery under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home and Gail Edmison will officiate. John was born in Claremore, Oklahoma on December 5, 1952, to John and Rose (Brickey) Stanfill and passed on Sunday, July 2, 2023, in Oklahoma City. John owned and operated Boys Roofing and worked at the Ward s Cafeteria in Sand Springs. He also owned a Sports Card Store in Chattanooga, Tennesse. After moving to Enid, John helped Gary and Debbie Williams at On Deck in Oakwood mall for over 30 years and was a fixture at the shop. A special memory for John was meeting President John F. Kennedy and Jackie Kennedy at the Special Olympics in Hisson, Oklahoma in 1963. He is preceded in death by his adoptive Mother Louise Brown.
