Local flower shop banking on Valentine s weekend following challenging year of COVID
Despite a year of event cancellations, one Nashville flower shop is optimistic customers will turn out for Valentine s Day purchases.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) â Valentineâs Day is in full bloom at Geny s Flowers. I mean in the flower business it s the biggest weekend of course, said spokesperson for Geny s Flowers, Claudia Lombana. The shop plans to sell 15,000 roses alone this holiday. This year s most popular bouquet is called Love Struck. Touch free delivery has of-course been a big thing for us, being able to leave flowers deliveries on somebody s doorstep if that s what they re comfortable with we can do, said Lombana.
