Long-awaited Weymouth billboard lowering underway Wicked Local An electronic billboard near Route 3 that raised concerns about nighttime glare among Century Road residents is being lowered under a remediation agreement between the homeowners and Cove Outdoor Advertising.  Ultra Lum Services employees removed the digital sign at 611 Pleasant St. on July 22 to lower the billboard’s metal support pole by 20-feet, under the agreement and a special permit issued by the Board of Zoning Appeals last month. “Everything is going as good as planned,” said Gregg Ziomek, owner of Ultra Lum Services, at the billboard site. “We will cut the column and lower that by 20 feet today.”
