Shaheen first discovered this recipe from her aunt in India, who made these kebabs for a celebration in honor of a family wedding. They were so yummy that I immediately took a pen and paper and asked her for the recipe, Shaheen wrote. During the course of perfecting the kebabs, I added my own unique touches to them .
