Grace Episcopal Church celebrates Easter

Children at Grace Episcopal Church had fun collecting eggs during Grace Episcopal Church s Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday, April 4.
Everyone wore masks and spread out more than usual due to the COVID pandemic but were thrilled to be there. This year children collected empty eggs, which were turned in to Rowan Larson, minister for Christian Formation, who distributed goodie bags of treats.
As part of Grace s Easter giving, $300 was designated for the Egg Hunt. Children voted with their eggs on how to divide the money between a gift to the Newton Food Pantry and contributing to the purchase of a new dairy cow for the Maranyundo Girls School in Rwanda.
