The move to the island follows six months of success for the concept in St-Lambert under the name Accommodation Danny. “It started as a pop-up, just to keep myself busy, and then it morphed out into this crazy thing that’s getting bigger and bigger,” St Pierre explains. “It was supposed to be just delivery, but the restaurant that hosted it (Victoria BBQ) had a dining room that was ready to go. We set up with a convection oven on wheels, a couple of fridges, and it went ballistic.”
