Go on. We know what happened last night. The president of the United States decided to come in and destroy the format of the debate he had agreed to the terms of. Debate the tone for this he set the tone for this debate. It was not that surprising even though it was farther over the top one might have expected. Vice President Biden came to expect a somewhat more traditional debate. I think he knew he was in for a night in which the president would be hectoring, but probably not to the extent that he did, and he was grappling with it. He was more focused on the president then t
