And he has helped us to launch so many new initiatives for our reentry population. And largely, they have been in our Training Programs and our transitional programs that have lead to permanent employment. To afford folks that are making a living wage. That is a true festment him as he said been a credible messenger, and thats one of the new initiative in his launching with the District Attorney attorney and with the juvenile department, if it was not noert expertise that there is no way that we would be able to get that program launched and off the ground.
