that is a case where the justice department came into court on friday night and filed a couple of different things. first they asked to move the trial date or set the trial date for december for donald trump and his co-defendant walt nauta. right now donald trump say he s not guilty and is expecting to go to trial. walt nauta is expected to show up to court tuesday of next week and also enter a plea of not guilty at this time and get headed to trial this. was a date on the cal tar that was much sooner than december, but the gist it is department is saying in a court filing on friday night, there s actually a lot of business that has to be taken care of in this case, for both sides, especially around the use of classified documents some of they re asking for a december court date. the donald trump legal team does indicate that they might be opposing that, but we re going to have see what happens in the. coming days with that and what the judge ultimately says about
