PUTRAJAYA: An explanation cannot be demanded from the Pardons Board, which is chaired and decided by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, regarding the reduction in jail sentence and fine meted out to Datuk Seri Najib Razak, says Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
