Jun. 2 A 17-year-old accused of a fatal shooting last year along Ruston Way in Tacoma has been sentenced in Pierce County Juvenile Court. Troy Lee Justice Jr. agreed to plead guilty to first-degree manslaughter and second-degree unlawful gun possession Friday in juvenile court.
