NH-based charity sentenced for falsely reporting aid sent to Syria was headed to Turkey

NuDay, a Windham-based charity that provides humanitarian aid, was sentenced Thursday in federal court for export offenses, prosecutors said.

Nuday Charity in NH Sentenced To Probation, Fined for Illegal Exports To Syria

NuDay was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Joseph N. Laplante to five years of probation, the maximum penalty for an organizational defendant.  NuDay was also ordered to pay a $25,000 fine.
