The City Attorneys Office has said they have filed this paperwork against 28 people who live outside of the city of San Francisco. The idea is to print prevent them from coming into the neighborhood. The chief of police is on board with this idea, he said it will give the officers an additional tool to manage the open. Drug market that they have seen in the tenderloin district. The Mayors Office said this is part of a more comprehensive strategy to battle issues of homelessness and drug addiction. This is part of an overall solution.
