Judges to be absolutely bound by the president of the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has held in a case that that obligation is absolute. That Circuit Court judges are not permitted for example to anticipate over rulings of the court and jump the gun. Obligated tos are follow Supreme Court precedent. As well, they are bound to follow the precedent of their own circuit according to the circuits doctrine and for example in the seventh circuit, that means that edges follow precedent unless there are extraordinary circumstances that justify its overruling.
