　　24日上午，全国首个集约办理破产公共法律服务和破产公共事务的“一站式”服务平台――厦门破产公共事务中心正式设立。 　　当日，在厦门市中级人民法院与厦门大学法学院举行的第三届东南破产法论坛开幕仪式上，举行了中心项下两大核心平台――“厦门市公共法律服务破产事务分中心”和“民营企业援助中心”的揭牌仪式。 　　据了解，该中心由厦门市中级人民法院、厦门市发展和改革委员会、厦门市司法局、厦门市地方金融监督管理局、厦门市工商业联合会共同成立，通过整合相关部门、单位的资源优势，产生聚合效应，推进破产领域的诉源治理和社会矛盾多元解纷改革，前置司法引导和资本接洽，推广预重整制度的运用，有效提高市场资源配置效率，提升破产领域公共法律服务和公共事务办理质效水平，打造市场化法治化一�
