never to be seen again. trump s bond agreement includes language not seen in others. the order direct lay states the form president cannot directly intimidate or obstruct the case in other way. john eastman will surebounder today. the constitutional law professor and attorney is charged with assisting the former president and his allies in creating a plan to use fake electors that pledged to make trump the president. eastman s lawyers agreed to a bond of about $100,000. he s been ordered to not speak about the case to any of his codefendants as well. of course eastman and trump are just two of the 19 defendants named in the fulton county indictment. and while the former president will surely be able to make that bond, some of the others accused of trying to obvert democracy in his name may find themselves stuck behind bars.
