That is a pretty stunning statistic and those are the individuals that would go on to be the leaders and if in fact we allow for Sexual Assault and harassment to be acceptable in our academies you can imagine what is going to happen and we know the number of Women Joining the military is increasing and is now about 20 and again the number of those that are sexually assaulted our men and women represent a higherse percentage because of the numbers. So this keeps the decisionmaking in the military. It makes the determination whether they should move forward in the hands of the chief prosecutor in the services. Under the Current System the Commanding Officers in the chain of command to decide whether to prosecute and they are convening authorities that receive only a few hours of Leg

At the air force academy, 47 of the cadets experience Sexual Harassment. Its a pretty stunning statistic. Those are the individuals that will go on to be our leaders. If in fact we allow for Sexual Assault, Sexual Harassment to be acceptable in our academies, we can imagine what will happen in our forces.
