On Thursday morning, City of Kawartha Lakes OPP responded to a report of a head-on collision on County Road 30 just off County Road 8 near the village of Fenelon Falls.

Joseph Spors, 74, of Bellingham, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver was transported to a hospital with unknown injuries, according to the Sheriff's Office
