ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) The Pfizer vaccine is now available in the Finger Lakes Region.
Doses of the vaccine were delivered to UR Medicine Monday and was delivered to Rochester General Hospital Tuesday afternoon. News10NBC confirmed healthcare workers at local hospitals are scheduling their appointments to receive the vaccine, and some of them have already received it.

An initial 11,150 doses are earmarked for the Finger Lakes region, according to Gov. Andrew Cuomo. The governor says 10,000 New Yorkers got the vaccine Monday.
