(Wyoming News Now) - Natrona County Meals on Wheels received a $1.5 million donation from MacKenzie Scott, the ex-wife of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos. Scott has donated over $4 billion over the last four months. Executive Director Jamie Loveall said she initially thought it was too good to be true. “$1.5 million that’s half of our year’s budget, like that’s a lot of money, so I was a little in awe and apprehensive,” said Loveall. “You know kinda disbelieving because I thought, ‘Wow. We’ve never had a donation that big.’”
