Nearly 50 individuals and businesses have applied for federal aid to recover from the Nov. 4 tornadoes that cut a destructive path through Northeast Texas.
The door plaque commemorating a national registration for the Cass County Courthouse is now officially displayed. It comes 43 years after the achievement, according to County Judge Travis Ransom and Cass County Historical Commission Marker Chairperson Sue Lazara.
