Clermont County Public Health is opening a new COVID-19 vaccination center that will allow it to double the number of people served daily to 600.
Beginning Saturday, March 13, the health department will give vaccinations at the Batavia campus of the University of Cincinnati Clermont College.
The shots will be administered in the Student Activities Center of the college at 4200 Clermont College Drive, according to a news release from Clermont County Public Health.
Appointments must be scheduled. Walk-ins are not permitted.
The amount of vaccine Clermont County Public Health is getting weekly has increased from about 200 doses during the first week of February to more than 1,200 doses during the first week of March, the release said.
