Lake George Interlocal Agreement brought forward by Commissioners By Jim Measel

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) â The Branch County Board of Commissioners brought forward a resolution during Thursdayâs work session which approves an interlocal agreement on the lake level of Lake George.
Formal action is expected to be taken during Tuesdayâs regular meeting.
The Branch County Circuit Court entered a lake level order on September 10, 2020 for the Michigan portion of Lake George that would match the level established on the Indiana side of the lake. A Michigan special assessment district for lake level improvements was also created by the order.
