Lake Oswego teacher Brian Bartsch dies unexpectedly
Brian Bartsch was a health and physical education teacher, football coach in Lake Oswego.
Lake Oswego School District Superintendent Jennifer Schiele announced in a message to the community that a district teacher, Brian Bartsch, died unexpectedly over the weekend. Our condolences to his family and loved ones and all in our community who have been touched by this loss of life. My heart goes out to you, she said.
Bartsch taught physical education and health in the district. During his time in the district, he taught at Lake Oswego High School, Lake Oswego Middle School and Lakeridge Middle School. He also coached in the LOHS football program.
