Baker said at this point, Clark is not accused of bail-jumping.
“If we don’t find him, or he doesn’t voluntarily appear within 30 days, then it can be another class D felony, bail-jumping,” Baker said Friday. “As of right now, it’s a violation of the court order release conditions that you show back up when directed. He has breached that, which even under the difficult guidelines of our bail reform act, allows the judge to issue a warrant and bring him back in.”
Clark is charged with multiple felony counts in connection with the Sept. 14, 2020, crash that killed his 6-year-old daughter, Leah Clark.
