WHEELING Ohio County commissioners made changes to the Ohio County Development Authority Board Tuesday night, replacing two members and appointing two others to take their places. One of those removed, though, said she was unaware she was being replaced. OCDA Vice President Nancy Weeks a member since the OCDA was formed in 2007 was the first removal from the board. She will be replaced by Del. Erikka Storch, R-Ohio, also president of the Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce.

Ohio County Commission Makes OCDA Changes | News, Sports, Jobs

jking@theintelligencer.net WHEELING Ohio County commissioners acted Tuesday to make changes to the County Development Authority, commending some for their service and appointing others in their place. Commissioners removed former Wheeling Mayor Andy McKenzie from the board, and he will be replaced by current Mayor Glenn Elliott. “(McKenzie) has been a member of the board for a long time, and I congratulate him for his service,” said Commissioner Randy Wharton, who also serves as OCDA president. Commissioners next accepted resignations from the OCDA board by former Commissioner Tim McCormick and former County Administrator Greg Stewart, who has been hired by the OCDA to manage The Highlands property.
