Adopting its ‘One Platform’ strategy with its integrated asset classes of residential, industrial and commercial, the Company remains resilient despite experiencing business challenges and volatilities during the prolonged COVID-19 situation. At the same time, FPT drives its focus on ‘People’ and ‘Performance’ development to pursue sustainable growth and responsiveness to challenges.

Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or FPT, the first fully integrated real estate platform in Thailand, continues its growth momentum with a newly acquired building in Silom, Bangkok’s CBD, to strengthen its commercial’s portfolio.
This expansion is in line with the company’s growth strategy and its investment plan to secure sustainable revenue streams from recurring income business.

Winners have emerged in the seventh Lafarge Africa National Essay Competition in Nigeria with the theme ‘Building the Nigeria of my dreams’. The competition, open to pupils aged 9 –13 in public primary and secondary schools in the junior and intermediate categories opened for entries on the 04 December 2020 until the 15 January 2021. Sixteen hundred participants from all the thirty-six states in Nigeria, including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, enrolled for the competition.
