SCHENECTADY — Schenectady budget negotiations will come to a head on Wednesday’s deadline day after the City Council did not approve a budget during its meeting Tuesday night.
The Schenectady City Council recessed its Tuesday night Finance Committee meeting without a budget deal, with the council preparing to resume talks on Oct. 31, the day before the budget deadline.
