Long before john paul came to mod he had an increased mobility with access and he was one of the people who developed the standards for the accessibility guidelines and this goes back to 1990s. Over the years, california code process was advancing, he was also serving with the abandoning banding commission. And everyone who sat necessity in the committee knows its a slog, it takes passion and commitment. What we like about paul is most of all his passion. When he started working in the ada transition plan, we were in the early days, the infancy and we needed his guidance and focus to not only be able to develop the plan but advocate for the money and work with the managers and designers and the contractors and the Department Heads all of the different people that are involved in bringing these projects forward. The military, i had trouble getting around for employment. Me going to swords, i was a client. They worked with me on my resume and made sure that i took advantage of all of my benefits that made me unique. I was offered a position and since then in five years 5 years i have had a lot of opportunities within the organization and its unanimously that my superiors would say that i have displayed above reproach and that my relationship within the community has also grown.
