SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – City Council halted an item establishing a local minimum wage ordinance and potentially increasing the minimum wage in the City of South Lake Tahoe. Councilmember Tamara Wallace made a motion.

This was one step required of several, with more opportunities for the public to comment on the process in the coming months.
