They had just gotten folks off of the freeway, this was one of the ways that they were protesting was by halting traffic and i thought it was really important for me to be there to witness it, to be part of it, to stand in solidarity with our folks who are protesting, but more than anything to stand in solidarity with the country that is in mourning over what we saw the horrific video where we all witnessed a murder take place. And i took my son who just turned 17, its important for him to also be a part of happening. Its a movement that is taking place all throughout the country.
