She said she ll sponsor legislation appointing a bi-partisan City Council Special Committee, per Section C-12 of the Troy City Charter to explore a public safety fee for the Troy Redevelopment Foundation, Mantello said in the annual council president’s legislative address Thursday.
Spinning off a 2018 report issued by the state Comptroller s Office, Mantello said the $450,000 donated annually by the Redevelopment Foundation has not increased in 20 years.
