Ballot box. The Returning Officer at Denbighshire County Council wishes to inform residents of three forthcoming by-elections. In Wales, any by-election that was scheduled to take place after March 16, 2020, or was due to a vacancy that occurred during the pandemic could not take place before February 2021. By-elections will now be held for the following vacancies :- • An election for a County Councillor for the Corwen Electoral Division following the death of Councillor Huw Jones • An election for a Town Councillor for the Central Ward on Denbigh Town Council following the resignation of Councillor Irene Williams • An election for a Town Councillor on Llangollen Town Council following the resignation of Councillor George Hughes
