Non-Super Smash Bros. playing Nintendo fans were probably a bit confused to see Wario climbing the trending charts on Twitter and other social media platforms over the past day, but those on the inside were scrambling to figure out whether the noxious fighter had essentially been deleted from the game or not.
The Version 11.0.0 update for Smash Ultimate dropped last night with the release of Pyra and Mythra where opinions quickly started to grow that Wario likely had his top tier status revoked due to the nerfs he was hit with in the patch.
