An unpopular decision to use Truro’s Lemon Quay as a designated protest site for the G7 Summit next month has been overturned, Devon and Cornwall Police has said.
The site was, alongside an area in Falmouth and two places in Devon, chosen by the police as the legal and designated spot for people protesting G7 to gather, many miles away from the summit’s venue in Carbis Bay.
