Were expecting dry conditions through the early afternoon with some scattered showers tonight but 39 degrees in the south bay if youre just now waking up. Dont go outside without a sweater dont take your dog down without a jacket either because it will catch you off guard. 41 degrees in the east bay and also San Francisco 43 degrees. We are seeing a lot less clouds than what we saw yesterday to start and thats whats keeping us in the 30s for the north bay.
